In the Allahabad Violence Case of june 10, 2022,
(the same famous case in which Javed Muhammad was the accused and his house was illegally demolished by the authorities) the Allahabad District Court has granted second anticipatory bail to Faraz Ahmad Usmani, Umar Khalid, and Muhammad Zishan. This development comes after the submission of the charge sheet in the case.
Previously, the Allahabad High Court had granted them anticipatory bail that was valid until the submission of the charge sheet. With the charge sheet now submitted, the second bail ensures their continued legal protection.
Advocate Shamsul Islam Siddiqui represented the accused in their bail application, effectively securing the second anticipatory bail from the Allahabad District Court.

इससे पहले, अदालत ने उन्हें अग्रिम ज़मानत दी थी जो आरोप पत्र प्रस्तुत किए जाने तक वैध थी। अब आरोप पत्र प्रस्तुत किए जाने के साथ, दूसरी ज़मानत उनकी निरंतर कानूनी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करती है।
